AgriMetal blowers, the most powerful on the market
Designed to increase airflow CFM by about 25 percent compared to other blowers, AgriMetal is market-leading when it comes to productive performance from a tractor- mounted blower.
The lightweight construction reduces the load on the belt and once the PTO is engaged it requires less energy at full throttle, making it extremely efficient. The paddles of the impeller have an opening located by the central drive shaft, allowing air to load through the centre as well as from both sides of each paddle. The extra air loading significantly increases performance.
Despite its size, it’s quiet
With noise often cited as an issue with blowers, AgriMetal has this covered by including an aluminium rather than steel impeller. This requires less energy at full throttle, keeping noise pollution to a minimum and making operation smooth and vibration-free.
Results aren’t affected by conditions
The large roller on which the blower rides allows work in the worst conditions without marking or compacting the turf. In contrast to the competition, the roller will often repair imperfections on the turf.
Reesink has two AgriMetal blowers – the B35 requiring 35hp at the PTO and the B50 requiring 50hp at the PTO.
AgriMetal collectors, a simple but effective proposition
With 50 percent more exhaust area than competitive models, AgriMetal’s collectors deliver more vacuum and less clogging thanks to two rotary blades which turn at high speed to shred leaves and branches, while a third rotary blade located inside the pick- up head throat prevents clogging.
Guarantee a clean job
The exclusive internal shredder greatly increases the volume of debris that is packed into the hopper to prevent dust and deliver a cleaner job, plus the large format design means greater holding capacity.
The pickup head rides on four large rollers to eliminate marking, compacting, and scuffing of the surface and the brush freely pivots so as not to damage the turf while throwing leaves and branches into the intake to leave the ground in better condition than it found it.
Reduced noise pollution
Just like the brand’s blowers, the impeller RPM is decreased for a quieter operating level, reducing noise pollution.
Reesink has two AgriMetal collectors available – the Tuff Vac and Multi Vac. The Tuff Vac can be PTO driven with a 35hp+ tractor, or with its own 27hp engine. The Multi Vac is for a 50hp+ tractor.
