Toro developed robotic mowing using GeoLink technology in direct response to customer feedback and research – it was clear there was a changing mindset regarding labour support, combatting increasing operational costs and how to approach mowing grass.
What was needed was a productive solution to bring about labour savings with no change in Toro’s world-renowned cutting performance.

Toro’s Turf Pro series guarantees well-maintained turf with minimal input.
The Turf Pro is the perfect entry point for all the benefits associated with autonomous operation. Advanced technology is utilised to produce consistently clean, well-maintained turf with minimal operator input.
It allows for a more intelligent use of labour resource, allowing the time saved to be reallocated to more skilled tasks, but this doesn’t mean the workload for the operator in charge of the machines increases. They can conveniently manage their mower or fleet of mowers through a single app.
There are three fully robotic models of the Turf Pro: Turf Pro 300 has three cutting heads and a mowing area of 45,000m2; the Turf Pro 500 has five cutting heads and a mowing area of 75,000m2, and the Turf Pro 500S is for use on slopes of up to 24 degrees.
Accuracy is within two centimetres, enabling them to mow a consistent pattern with a minimal overlap. All are particularly suited to being used little and often on fairways, roughs, and semi-roughs with their cutting height range of 20-100mm. They are all-electric and self-charging, and automatically return to their charging stations when finished.

All-electric and self-charging, these robotic mowers from Toro free time up for the team to focus on more skilled work.
