Latest Company Statement Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
With specific reference to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease and its potential impact on Royal Reesink group operational activities, we would like to reassure you that we are managing and monitoring the fast developing situation.
To our customers,
Throughout lockdown Reesink UK has been focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers despite a ‘new normal’ including, like many, reduced hours. But we’re delighted to announce that the office is back up to operating five days a week, albeit with reduced staff at present.
Maintaining business as usual was an utmost priority while ensuring the safety of our customers and employees and continues to be so as lockdown eases.
Our head office in St Neots is now open Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm. Importantly, our main switchboard is back up and running again, meaning you can contact us in the normal ways during normal hours:

Health and wellbeing of customers and employees
The number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We have adopted additional hygiene and distancing measures within our operational locations to protect staff, their families and our customers. We have taken steps to minimise unnecessary travel and all contact will be managed through agreed necessity, adopting best practice precautions for health.

We’re working hard to ensure we provide the best service to you during this period. We have a dedicated team meeting on a regular basis to coordinate specific risk assessment activities and doing their utmost to maintain response times and critical stock levels. Now, as ever, the entire team – in our service centres, warehouses and across our supply chain – is working tirelessly to deliver for our customers, so please be reassured you have support from us when it comes to service and parts supply.
Delivery of Toro parts. We are currently experiencing a 24 hour delay to our emergency order process from the USA. These delays (at UPS hubs) mean there may be a delay to your order if the parts are coming from America. Our emergency orders from Europe remain unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update as soon as the situation is back to normal.
Following the latest government guidelines, we are implementing the necessary changes and undertaking the recommended risk assessments to ensure the safety of our workforce, suppliers and customers while limiting the impact on services.
