Company Statement Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

With specific reference to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease and its potential impact on Royal Reesink group operational activities, we would like to reassure you that we are managing and monitoring the fast developing situation.

To our customers,

 

There is so much uncertainty in our lives at the moment with the outbreak of COVID-19 and I wanted to let you know Reesink UK is working hard to maintain our levels of customer service to you in these unprecedented times, while ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

 

Heath and wellbeing of customers and employees is critical

The number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We have adopted additional hygiene and distancing measures within our operational locations to protect staff, their families and our customers. We have taken steps to minimise unnecessary travel and will be discussing with you individually whether meeting dates and appointments can be kept or need to be rescheduled. Similarly, technical support will continue through agreed necessity, adopting best practice precautions for health. 

 

We're here to help

We’re working hard to ensure we provide the best service to you during this period. We have a dedicated team meeting on a daily basis to coordinate specific risk assessment activities and doing their utmost to maintain response times and critical stock levels. Now, as ever, the entire team – in our service centres, warehouses and across our supply chain – is working tirelessly to deliver for our customers, so please be reassured you have support from us when it comes to service and parts supply.

 

What next?

Throughout these uncertain times, one thing you can be certain of is that we’ll be relentlessly focussed on doing everything we can to support our customers and making sure there’s as little disruption to your working life as possible. We will continue to manage and monitor the fast-developing situation, promptly reacting to any future developments.
